Important: All those interested in managing a major or minor league team for 2012 must submit a manager interview form. This is also strongly urged for farm and tball managers that would like to manage a team.
All volunteers including managers must also fill out and submit a Volunteer Application form as well as a photo copy of your current state issued photo ID (drivers license) or form of Government issued photo ID. Send to Goffstown Jr. Baseball, PO Box 43, Goffstown, NH 03045. This form is mandatory for everyone and anyone that is helping out. GJB has zero tolerance and will strictly enforce this rule for the safety of all players. All forms must be submitted and approved in order for you to participate.
